BRS Consulting assists the construction team in implementing, monitoring, and documenting green building certification credits assigned to the construction team such as: 

• Kick-Off Meeting with the construction team and Commissioning Agent (CxA) 

• Site visits to ensure on-site activities are implemented and maintained throughout construction

• Research and evaluation of materials

• Interpreting specifications

• Submittal Review 

• Prepare and complete Green Building Certification calculators, worksheets, and other documentation for construction review phase on the construction team's behalf.
